Returns will be accepted if a wrong or defective product was delivered.

An exchange will be accepted if a defective product was delivered.

What is the return/exchange procedure?

♥  Write to us at info@renthelabel.com or +971 50 886 8149 within two days of receiving the order.

♥  The message should entail the order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and picture of the item you wish to return/exchange. 

♥  After confirmation of the return/exchange request, we will inform you of the pick-up details.  

♥  It should be returned in the condition received, unworn and in the original packaging. 

♥  If it is an exchange request, the same item will be shipped again to you. 

♥  If it is a return request, we will refund the amount as store credits for the item returned.

Will I get a full refund?

The purchased cost of the returned item will be given as store credits. However, we will not refund the shipping cost (if shipping cost was applicable in your order). After we receive the product, the store credit will reflect in your REN account wallet within 10 working days. You will be notified in an email.

Can I cancel my order?

Items once ordered cannot be cancelled.
